The Soup & Pie will be held on Saturday, April 12th from 11-1 p.m. We hope to see you there! Dine in, carry out or drive up. We will also be raffling a "Springtime" basket full of goodies and a beautiful quilt made by the Sheepscot Valley Quilters.

Become a Patron or Volunteer
New to the library? Come in and fill out a new patron form. It only takes a few minutes to sign up, and you will have access to over 9000 books, DVDs, video tapes and audio CDs. Plus access to the Bangor Public Library, either in person or by interlibrary loan (additional signup required).
Do you have 2-3 hours per month to staff a shift during open hours? Come in and fill out a volunteer form. We provide the training (two shifts with an experienced volunteer), and then you can work any open shift. Do you have other skills and talents that might benefit the library? Some ideas include gardening, maintenance, programming ... the possibilities are endless.

Your community library is supported by the generous donations of our patrons, fundraising events (Soup & Pie in April and Chili in November, raffle baskets at the fundraisers and during Palermo Days), and a grant from the town. Every donation counts! If you would like to donate, you can send a check to the library at P.O. Box 102, Palermo, ME 04354. We also send out an annual appeal for donations in November, so that is a good time to donate too.
We thank all of our donors and fundraising events participants and the Town of Palermo for their ongoing support. We couldn't keep the library going without you!

Patrons of Palermo Community Library may become patrons of Bangor Public Library to have access to Flipster, download e-books and all other services of being a BPL patron. Please visit PCL to complete an application and receive a barcode number to become a patron of BPL. Please bring one form of I.D.
